胚胎移植后卵巢扭转复位并成功分娩两例并文献复习

摘要:目的 探讨胚胎移植后妊娠合并卵巢扭转的诊断以及治疗方案,总结临床诊治经验。方法 回顾性分析2022年10月-11月在我院行超促排卵,并行体外受精-胚胎移植(In vitro fertilization-Embryo transfer,IVF-ET)术后成功妊娠,早孕期发生卵巢过度刺激、附件扭转的两例患者的临床资料及复习相关文献。结果 两例患者均经腹腔镜保守手术后继续妊娠,术后无腹痛,定期产检并成功分娩。结论 在超促排卵并行胚胎移植后卵巢扭转发生率虽然很低,若延误治疗将对女性生育功能造成不可逆的损害,早期诊断、及时治疗对保护女性生育功能并维持妊娠有重要意义。
